How to Log Off and Refresh Frozen or Black Screen Cloud Session


Computer screens freezing can be scary especially if you do not know what to do. Thankfully there are things that can be tried in order to restore your computer with little to no panic. When your computer glitches and your screen may be frozen or black while you are logged into the cloud here is how to log off of your cloud session:

  • Click the “ctrl” “shift” and “esc” buttons at the same time
  • Then click “File”
  • Select “Run New Task”
  • And then choose to “Logoff”
  • Once you are logged off of the cloud, let the Helpdesk know what happened by emailing help@helptechgroup.com so the team can investigate the problem
