How to Change Printer Preferences – Helptech Group, LLC

On Your PC

Open the document you would like to print
Go to “File” them “Print” to pull up your printing options
Under “Settings” you will see options to changed preferences how you want them
Just click on the setting you would like to change and options for how to change them will appear
For example: if you click on “Portrait Orientation” it will give you the option to change the page view to “Landscape Orientation” if you need

Open the document you would like to print
Hit your “Command” and “P” keys at the same time or go to “File” then “Print” to pull up your printing options
From the printing options, you have a drop down menu with options like “Copies & Pages” “Layout” “Cover Page” and more
With that drop down menu you can change all types of preferences you may need
For example: if you choose the “Layout” option, you can change your preference to print your document two sided when needed
