How to Create/Change Your Barracuda Password

1. Go to https://barracuda.helptechgroup.com
2. Put in your email address in the username box
3. Click on the “Create New Password” button
4. Check your email for temporary password
5. Go back to barracuda.helptechgroup.com
6. You will need to reenter your email in the username box and enter your temporary password in the password box
7. Then hit the “Sign In” button
8. Once you are signed into the main page, click on the “preferences” button near the top then choose the “password” option
9. To change the password, you will need to enter the temporary password you were just given in the “old password” box
10. Then enter the new password of your choice in the two “new password” boxes
11. When you are ready, hit the “save password button” and you are all set with your new password
